Shakespeare Coffee & Bistro is looking for a friendly, energetic and professional Waiter/Waitress to join our front-of-house team.

The Role
You’ll be the face of our restaurant, providing warm and attentive service to ensure every guest enjoys a great dining experience from arrival to departure.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat customers with a friendly, professional attitude
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages efficiently
- Handle payments and operate the till/POS system
- Maintain a clean and organised dining area
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a waiter or waitress in a café, bistro or restaurant preferred
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends
- Reliable, punctual and well-presented
